I guess my over all question would be how to get the Sync's off the green line and seperate them to go into the VGA connector.Įdit: I have a pic that shows the Oscope reading of a SoG line next to a C-Sync. The only problem would be stripping the sync's off the green line and then seperating them into vertical and horizontal. On the VGA side of things, the Red, Green, and Blue pins will connect directly up to the ones on the component side.
This would make sense as there are only 3 plugs, Red, Green, and Blue. The RGB is coming from a PS2, and from what I have read, Sony likes to go with SoG (sync on green) wich has both the horizontal and vertical sync's on the green line. I would like to try to go from Component RGB to VGA. I will have to try to find the site again, but anyways, I was wondering if there was a way to reverse the process in a sense.
